Failure phenomenon: AL32 alarm

According to customer specification measurement module J2-Q02A normal, the measurement of the driving voltage is also normal. In the power to remove module shielding alarm is connected with the motor driving waveform measurement BW phase abnormal, replace the A3150V and 82UF/35V opto power capacitor after measuring found are consistent. Re install the module on the machine test everything is normal. Since then the use of customer feedback has not found this fault alarm.
